Meet the Staff: Paula
This week I have the pleasure of introducing you to Paula, our Insurance Coordinator. Paula has 19 years of dental experience, five of them here at Advanced Dentistry. She is extremely well versed at obtaining the information necessary prior to your treatment and working with the insurance companies to insure proper payment on your claims. Paula grew up in Lindsay, California and moved to Nevada in 1996. Paula and her husband David live here in Carson City and have three grown boys, Patrick, Kevin and Brad. Her hobbies include gardening, crocheting, and bowling in a league with her husband and children. Paula loves her job and it is evident by her cheery voice on the phone, her willingness to go above and beyond, and her infectious laugh that is enjoyed by patients and staff alike.
