What You May Be Wondering About Insurance
Dr. Clint Euse here. I just wanted to take a moment to talk directly to you and all of our patients here at Advanced Dentistry by Design. Specifically I’d like to update you on a change we will be making in the coming months. Starting July 1st, 2023 we will be changing our status with Aetna Dental Insurance. We have made the decision to not renew our contract with Aetna.
This was an incredibly difficult decision, and not one we took lightly. The primary reason for this is because the insurance industry is negatively impacting the the quality of dental care we can offer. The insurance industry should not have a seat at the table when planning your dental care. Many of you have already experienced this. What does that mean for you? It means that we will no longer be in- network with Aetna; but YOU CAN STILL COME HERE! AND… we will still submit any claims to Aetna on your behalf. You may receive some correspondence from Aetna claiming you can no longer come here, but that is not true. Our team is here as your advocate to help with any questions you may have.

Your First Visit
Your first visit to our office is the most important one. It gives both of us an opportunity to get to know each other. Establishing a good relationship is important to us in achieving our common goals. We understand that our philosophy of practice may not be suitable for everyone. This time together will allow us to determine if we are compatible.
For some new patients to our office, the first visit is for an emergency or a specific concern, in this case we will attend to the emergency situation or concern first and make you comfortable.
