Meet the Staff: Kayla
At Advanced Dentistry by Design, we are fortunate to have three full time hygienist who work Monday through Thursday seeing eight patients per day. A few weeks ago we met Kristin, and this weeks spotlight is on Kayla. Kayla was born and raised in Quincy, California and currently makes her home in Reno with her husband, Bobby and two English Pointer puppies, Kaden and Lucy. Kayla began working in dentistry before graduating from Plumas Christian School knowing early she wanted to he a hygienist. She graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before moving to Lake Havasue City, Arizona to attend hygiene school at Mohave Community College where she graduated in 2011. Kayla has been with Advanced Dentistry since 2012, where she aspires to treat every patient as if they are family by practicing gentle, yet thorough treatment. When not working, Kayla enjoys remodeling her home with Bobby, being outdoors, playing with the puppies, and spending time with family and friends.
