Meet our new Hygiene Assistant Heather
Hello! My name is Heather Andersen. I was born in California, then raised here in Carson City. I graduated Carson High School, class of 2010, and went on to Western Nevada College. I have credits from WNC and Idaho State University in Pocatello Idaho.
One thing that has drawn me to this line of work is my interest in lifetime health. I am fascinated as I learn more about how the smallest things that you do (what you put in your mouth-the time you take to properly address hygiene) affect the health of your mouth, and in turn your body. I am also interested in all of the new technology that we get in the office. I’m impressed how new procedures are becoming more comprehensive, and less invasive.
Outside the office, I have a very involved life. I am married, and a mother of two, (Kaylee-3yrs, Colt-2yrs). Outside of work, I enjoy going on drives, walks and bike rides with my kids and taking them to the park. We are surrounded by my family, and love spending time with my mother and grandmother when we can.
